Product names, compositions, images, and claims are provided by the respective Manufacturer/Seller and have not been independently verified by the Company.
3. Regulatory Compliance is the User’s Responsibility
Buyers and Manufacturers/Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, GST law, and all other applicable Central and State regulations, including verification of manufacturing licenses, GMP certification, and drug approval status with the CDSCO or relevant State Drug Control Authority, before entering into any business arrangement.
